What we like
If you’ve never scuba dived, you must try the introductory lesson on-board in the small pool – it’s great fun and the staff are very patient.
What our clients say
The Tropical Bar is the place to be in the evenings, with entertainment ranging from local bands who hop on board when the ship is docked, to crab races on deck!

But, if you want to extend your holiday and slow down the pace, consider a cruise-and-stay. We can tailor-make your cruise holiday with a pre- or post-stay in a city or island of your choice. And we are delighted to offer a new Star Clipper cruise from Grenada in 2026!
ROYAL CLIPPER – BARBADOS TO BARBADOS 7 NIGHT GRENADINES CRUISE – SAILING 06 DECEMBER 2025 WITH ADDED 7 NIGHTS ASHORE IN BARBADOS
Fly to Barbados and spend your first evening at a hotel close to Bridgetown so you can relax and unwind. The following day you may wish to explore Barbados in more detail, whether that’s historical sights, botanical gardens or the lesser known east coast with its dramatic beaches before joining Royal Clipper for your seven-day voyage. This cruise will take in some of our favourite islands including Grenada – the spice isle! – with its beautiful capital St George’s as well as several stops in The Grenadine islands including Togago Cays, Bequia and St Vincent – all very different and unique and there will be some fabulous opportunities to enjoy some underwater exploration. Then onto Fort-de-France, the vibrant capital of Martinique, offering a mix of culture, history, and natural beauty, there’s something for almost everyone to enjoy as well as an afternoon spent on one of the white sand beaches where you can enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear turquoise waters or perhaps try some water sports. Then onto St Lucia with stops at Marigot Bay, one of the prettiest anchorages in the Caribbean, surrounded by lush hills and ringed by drooping coconut palms before heading to the little Port Town of Soufrière where majestic volcanic Pitons rise from the sea offering some great photo opportunities. Ashore you’ll be able to enjoy a visit to the Diamond Falls and Mineral Baths where you can walk through the gardens and take a dip in the pool under the waterfalls. Then head back to Barbados where you can enjoy a further 6 nights at Little Good Harbour before flying back to the UK. Set in a quiet fishing village on the north-west coast of the island, Little Good Harbour is casual yet sophisticated, this little gem is a well-kept secret – apart from its restaurant, the Fishpot, which is widely acclaimed. We can arrange other round-trip departures on Star Clipper cruises from St Maarten and Barbados for winter 2024,2025 and 2026 and also from Grenada for winter 2025/26, with added stays ashore before or after your cruise – please ask for further information.
