What information do we collect and use?
- Information you give us when you contact us by telephone or email. We use and store this information securely and we use it to deal with your enquiry.
- Information you give us when you complete the subscription form to join the Just Grenda Group newsletter. Your name and email address are used and stored securely to compile an email list to send you news and special offers to destinations in the Just Grenda Group. You may unsubscribe from this list at any time, either by clicking the unsubscribe link that we include in every newsletter, or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the contact us section of this website.
- Information you give us when you book a holiday. This may include name, address, postcode, telephone numbers, dates of birth, all passport details, payment details (credit, debit card or bank account details) email addresses, dietary preferences & medical conditions – this information may relate to you or your family or other travelling companions. We store this information securely and we use it to make the arrangements for the holiday you have booked. Some of the information we collect will be passed to third parties in order to make the arrangements for elements of your holiday. These third parties will include airlines, hotels, villa owners, ground handlers, yacht brokers/owners, vehicle hire companies etc.
We destroy details of your bank account and credit/debit card after this information has been used in accordance with your instructions.
Transfer of information
Just Barbados may disclose your personal information when there is a legal obligation to do so and transfer it to relevant authorities to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or as may be required in legal proceedings.
