About Sweetfield Manor
Sweetfield Manor was once a plantation house built in the late 18th century and has now been transformed into a unique boutique hotel, maintaining many of its original qualities. The Manor is centrally located and set within lush tropical gardens perched on top of a hill, offering spectacular views from its elevated position over the historic Garrison Savannah on one side and the port of Bridgetown on the other.
The Manor offers understated elegance and charm, where Peacocks roam the grounds and the brilliantly coloured Japanese koi swim lazily in their pond, whilst hummingbirds flit between the tropical foliage…enjoy nature at its best.
Meals, including their famous 4-course gourmet breakfasts, are all freshly prepared by the in-house chefs using the freshest and wherever possible, locally sourced ingredients.
Just a short stroll from the front gates of the Manor is one of the longest white sandy beaches in Barbados, or a short drive away and you will find yourselves amongst the myriad of shops and restaurants that can be found on the south coast of the island.
